The LogiRobot is designed to automate the repetitive pallet transport that takes time and resources in production and warehouses – while keeping operators in control where flexibility is needed.
It is a stand-alone AMR pallet mover that works in close cooperation with your employees. Pallets are picked up manually, while the transport and drop-off are handled automatically, which removes unnecessary walking and driving while maintaining operational flexibility.
Using real-time machine learning, LogiRobot continuously adapts to its surroundings and navigates safely through your facility. The system combines 3D LiDAR, five Intel® RealSense™ cameras, and three SICK safety scanners to ensure 360° obstacle detection and safe operation in dynamic environments.
Navigation is based on VSLAM (Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology. LogiRobot creates and updates its own navigation map without relying on Wi-Fi or GPS, making setup fast while avoiding the complexity and cybersecurity risks associated with external system dependencies.
With a maximum load capacity of 2600 lbs, LogiRobot ensures reliable pallet transport throughout your facility. It offers up to 10 hours of operating time after just 2 hours of charging and automatically docks at its charging station when idle.
LogiRobot is CE-certified and compliant with ISO 3691-4 safety standards, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation.
