The Logitrans Solution: Smart, Safe, and Tailored
To address the ergonomic strain and inefficiency in their production line, Gollane worked with their local Danish Logitrans dealer to implement a customised Multi Drum Turner. The solution was specifically designed to lift and tilt drums of various sizes and weights, and to safely transport them from pallet to funnel.
This fully powered system allowed Gollane to eliminate the need for manual lifting and reduced the risk of spills or dropped contents. Importantly, it ensured stable, controlled handling—even for drums weighing up to 250 kg.
To ensure the solution was the right fit, Gollane tested a demo unit in their real production environment. After confirming its performance, they decided to invest in their own—and are already considering a second unit to meet growing demand.
