An Austrian pharmaceutical company needed to replace its outdated handling equipment with a modern, customised solution that could transport, lift, and tilt special containers — all while maintaining full compliance with strict hygiene requirements.

In collaboration with our Austrian dealer GESA Klagenfurt, Logitrans developed a customised stainless steel stacker designed to meet all these criteria.
The equipment is built in acid-resistant stainless steel with specially developed forks to handle the unique container design.
A precision valve ensures smooth and accurate positioning, while multiple safety switches prevent potential damage to the production line.
To meet the industry’s strict hygiene standards, the stacker was finished with a special “pharma finish” for easy cleaning.
All chains were shielded with a protective roller blind, preventing contamination in the controlled environment.
