Logitrans purchases 50% of Ole Almeborg A/S from JENSEN Denmark and, thus, will be handling the production and sales of Ole Almeborg’s products going forward.
On June 1st, 2024, a joint venture collaboration will be established between Logitrans A/S and JENSEN Denmark.
At first glance, it might seem like an odd pairing, but when you delve a little deeper into the details, the collaboration makes a lot of sense.
JENSEN Denmark bought the Bornholm-based internal transport manufacturer Ole Almeborg A/S back in October 2023.
Ole Almeborg A/S has, throughout its history, been a competitor of Logitrans’, which also produces internal transport equipment. Therefore, the joint venture collaboration makes a lot of sense.
The collaboration will include that Logitrans purchases 50% of Ole Almeborg A/S from JENSEN Denmark and, thus, will be handling the production and sales of Ole Almeborg’s products going forward.
