Why Does an Autonomous Robot Need a Handle?
It’s a question we are often asked when demonstrating LogiRobot.
At first glance, it seems like a contradiction. If a robot can transport pallets autonomously, why would it need a handle?
The answer is not less automation. Quite the opposite. It is about flexibility. And about making automation more accessible and practical in real-world operations.
Many automation projects are designed around a perfect environment. Fixed routes. Fixed processes. Fixed layouts. But reality often looks different:
- Production setups change.
- Pallets are not always where they should be.
- Machines are moved.

- An operator needs to move a pallet now, not in ten minutes.
