Stainless steel – no compromise on hygienic demands

These stainless-steel stackers were delivered early in the summer of 2025 to a Dutch manufacturer of medical plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical industry.

To assure the perfect implementation, our local dealer has been on-site to fine-tune the machines to the customer’s specific requirements and to provide immediate operational training.

By precisely setting parameters like driving and lifting speed, these INOX stackers integrate seamlessly into the workflow – allowing operators to work safely and comfortably.

Since the customer works with foil rolls in various sizes, the stackers are equipped with a Quick Shift System. This makes it easy to switch boom lengths depending on the roll type – ideal for a dynamic production environment, where flexibility is key.

A proper after-sales support is just as important as the technical solution itself.It is therefor great to see everything come together: technology, customer interaction, and a tailored solution that really adds value.

Early on in the process, and prior to commencing the production of these, we did a live video conference with the customer, the dealer and the Logitrans staff in Denmark.
During this, the customer was able to explain his exact needs and outline his specifications. The video conference made it possible to ask questions, express needs and get just the right solution – without any unnecessary travel costs.
