Logitrans A/S - the Danish manufacturer of material handling equipment - is now launching a new and unique product for lifting and transporting upright steel drums! The drum lifter can easily and quickly be fitted on all Logitrans stackers with standard forks. 

”The drum lifter is unique, because it can grip upright drums from different run-in angles. This ensures an optimum and very flexible handling, for instance in stock areas, in which the drums are not placed in rows”, says Henning Lyager, Sales and Marketing Executive at Logitrans. He continues: “When having a Logiflex stacker with standard forks, the drum lifter can be fitted on the forks directly – and you will then be ready to carry and lift upright drums”. 

In the product range, Logitrans also offers drum turners, being able to lift/turn both steel and plastic drums up to 360º, and special drum forks, being able to carry horizontal drums, paper reels and barrels.
